Things are heating up in the wnxl 🔥
🤯Blows my mind how fast I feel like I “lose skills” when I’m not playing paintball consistently. 🙋🏼‍♀️Anyone else feel that way? Some female freaks of paintball like @katherinekelley86 could crush my soul and kick my butt on the field even if she took YEARS off from playing. LOVE AND HATE YOU boo 😘. I’m proud to have a friend as skilled as she is… AND when I find myself discouraged, comparing myself to her or someone else, it’s my reminder that I’m focusing on the WRONG THING. An unhelpful thing. THE RIGHT THING, the constructive thing: to find the real competition, just look in the mirror🪞. Athleticism, technical skills, and paintball IQ… I really have to be disciplined with, CONSISTENTLY, to play at a level I’m proud of. Seeing where I was yesterday and finding ways to improve, even if it’s just a little 🔑. 📣Shoutout to @bki_paintball for having a platform dedicated to helping us learn the game of paintball. Every time I log in I’m able to take away some pearl to practice. Inspiring myself watching the sideline videos my loved ones captured from 2024 World Cup @wnxlpaintball with @femmesfatale_pb 🤸‍♀️💪🏻💕. Stay salty friends #femalepaintballer #wnxl #nxl #paintball #katsecor #onlinecoach #ifbbpro #personaltrainer #inspo #femmesfatales

🚨BREAKING NEWS🚨 @cheetahspaintball has sold their @wnxlpaintball pro spot to @nevermorespb @gvdoom (Alex Hooker) owner of the Nevermores had this to say: “As an avid supporter of the WNXL since its inaugural season, I am thrilled to be a part of this incredible league in 2025. The WNXL has been an amazing platform for showcasing women’s paintball and helping the sport grow, and I am excited to contribute to that momentum. With the dedicated support of NR Paintball, we are proud to bring the Nevermores to the WNXL, and we can’t wait to be a part of this journey together!” @brixa_rife (Brixa), a player for the nevermores, had this to say: “Teenage me would have never imagined that something like the WNXL would even exist. It’s truly a dream come true to see how far the sport has come, and to now have the opportunity to return after an injury is something I’m incredibly grateful for. But what makes this moment even more special is the chance to do it all with a team from my hometown. To be able to represent where I grew up and return to the field with familiar faces, as well as new teammates who share the same passion and commitment, is a feeling I can’t fully put into words. I’m beyond excited to put in the work, push myself, and contribute to the team’s success, knowing that every practice, every game, is an opportunity to grow together as a unit. The journey ahead is going to be challenging, but I wouldn’t want to experience it with anyone else. Let’s do this!”

14 days until I head out to Florida for Layout weekend practice with my girls @femmesfatale_pb and 22 days until our @nxlpaintball @wnxlpaintball World Cup prelim matches begin… my fitness/health priorities 3 weeks out are CONDITIONING, adequate rest/recovery, dialed in nutrition!, and staying injury free 🤙🏻. Today I focused on HIIT strength circuits with high reps, moderate weight, and overall short rest times. This is one of the circuits I threw together. Paintball fitness 😍🔫💪🏻 #katsecor #fitnesscoach #personaltrainer #wnxl #nxl #femmefatales #ifbbpro #wpd #fitclub #athlete #onlinecoach
