CONSTRUCTION MILESTONE One Burleigh continues to take shape. The structure is advancing toward Level 7, while key external and internal systems are being delivered in parallel. With the structure forecast to reach Level 7 by the end of February, delivery is tracking as planned. One Burleigh is an oceanfront development comprising just 17 residences, designed for privacy, permanence and exclusivity. Limited residences remaining. Further detail via the link in bio. 📍 Lydney Commercial Project Update 🏗️ After a couple of weeks going back and forwards with the council, we’re pleased to say we’ve now managed to push this project ahead 👏 We’ve completed the dig, carried out the oversite excavation for the footings, and successfully poured the concrete. Everything is now in place and we’re ready to start the substructure and oversite phase 💪 A big thank you to @monstermixconcretegloucester and Rich the driver for making the concrete pour run so smoothly — top service as always! 👌 Great progress being made in Lydney — looking forward to the next stage! #ConstructionLife #CommercialBuild #Lydney #Groundworks #sphereconstructionpatnership
