At the age of 23, he had an unexpected accident with a kitchen knife. Until he was 27, he continued cooking while fighting constant pain and regularly visiting the hospital. During that time, he sometimes had to stay in bed and even fainted several times. At the age of 27, he made the difficult decision to amputate his arm. At that time, his doctor told him: “Even if you lose your arm, spring will surely come.” Believing in those words, he continued working in the restaurant industry. With the wish to repay his doctor someday, he named his restaurant Yoshoku Haru (洋食春). The giant fried shrimp and the juicy hamburg steak were absolutely amazing 🤤 Even the homemade salad dressing was something everyone would love! Even after losing one arm, he always greets customers and staff with a smile. Watching him work was truly inspiring 🥹 Everything was incredibly delicious!
