I’m a big fan of walking, and for a time I was found even more than 20k steps, but honest WHO HAS TIME FOR THAT!? Ans also I was not seeing results anymore. That’s when I started researching Japanese walking, specifically for women in peri and menopause and let me tell you the results were incredibly! I lost 5 pounds and I wasn’t even walking as much.

1) don’t want to have a pre conceived notion about how HARD this is going to be.
2) it’s my version of routine of the next 75 days where I’m going to be consistent with my simple routine, that doesn’t mean I’m not going to listen to my body, on sick, period days.
