Was here last year, unknowingly creating memories that would stay with me forever 🤍✨ The same streets, the same calm skies, the same peaceful corners… but now they feel even more special. Funny how places quietly hold our laughter, thoughts, conversations, and little moments long after we leave 🌿☁️ Looking back, I didn’t just visit this place… I lived a feeling here. Some memories don’t fade with time — they become comfort.

Why is no one talking about the chi machine. It works by moving your ankles in a figure of eight oscillation while you lie completely still. That movement travels up through your whole spine, decompressing each vertebra as it goes. It also activates your lymphatic system, which has no pump of its own and relies entirely on movement to circulate. Most of us are sedentary enough that our lymphatic system is sluggish for most of the day. Ten minutes on this does more for lymphatic flow than hours at a desk.
