Do you have poor genetics?

I think too many people try to answer this without the data to back it up.

Take me for example, I barely looked like I’d trained after 5 years of lifting.

After another 5 years I was an OK amateur bodybuilder.

5 more years & I started to look above average for someone who went to the gym.

And now, another 5 years on I’ve had people think I was on gear because of the muscle I carry.

My genetics seemingly improved? No, I just kept going & looked to maximise my potential.

If you think your genetics suck, they probably don’t, stay positive & press on.
