Can women really have it all?
That was the question at the heart of my keynote at the Thrive Conference in Abuja, hosted by the Thrive Business Women’s Community and convened by Ibukun Adebayo-Thomas.
My message was simple:
Yes—but not by pursuing perfection. By pursuing integration.
Too often, women succeed in one area while neglecting another. We build careers but ignore our health. We pursue financial success but postpone purpose. We focus on achievement while leaving legacy to chance.
I challenged the women to build the whole house:
✨ Family
✨ Relationships
✨ Finances
✨ Purpose
✨ Legacy
Because true success is not building one room beautifully while the rest remain unfinished.
Later, I joined the Members’ Lounge of The Radiant Collective Capital to celebrate one year of building wealth together as women across the globe, before ending the day with meaningful conversations, book signings, and virtual time with husband.
A beautiful reminder that success is sweetest when it includes the people, purpose, and moments that matter most. ❤️
