Lock in no more public announcements 🦍 by @100x_ty

I’m so hard on myself because I know I have more in me.

And the reality is, most people around you are comfortable with the version of you they already know.

And there’s nothing necessarily wrong with that…

BUT WHAT YOU CAN’T AFFORD TO DO IS GET COMFORTABLE WITH YOURSELF.

Nobody around you is responsible for your accountability. Nobody can give you discipline. Nobody can put in the work for you.

That’s YOUR responsibility.

So lock in. Stay focused. Challenge yourself. Become 100x better than the person you were yesterday. by @100x_ty

A few things to remember:
More body weight: Every stride requires more effort.
Muscle fatigue: Heavy lifting can leave your legs less recovered.
Conditioning: Your cardiovascular system still needs time to adapt to the additional workload.
Pacing: Your old running pace might not be your current sustainable pace.
My advice: Don’t sacrifice your conditioning during your bulk. Just adjust the intensity. Build your running volume gradually, keep some Zone 2 cardio, and avoid trying to beat your old times every session. by @100x_ty
