POSTS STORIES REELS

Sometimes people don’t need advice.
They just need a safe space where they can be heard.

Over the years, I’ve met many individuals silently carrying stress, pressure, and emotions they never get the chance to express.

This Nanakshahi New Year, I’m opening a space for guided healing and support sessions — focused on reflection, clarity, and reconnecting with yourself.

If you feel ready to take that step, you can book through the link in my bio.

And if you know someone who might be struggling right now, *share this reel or tag them below* — it might help them find the support they need. 🌱

3 months were too kind to me. 🇮🇳❤️

From the streets I grew up around to the people who make every moment feel like home, this trip was more than just a visit. It was late-night conversations, endless laughter, unexpected memories, spiritual moments, and the kind of happiness that’s hard to put into words.

Some places don’t just give you memories; they give you a piece of yourself back. India, you’ll always have my heart. 🫶🏻✨

Until we meet again. 🇮🇳❤️‍🩹
Shukar Dateya 🤍

Hemkund Sahib Yatra with Sadh Sangat 🙏🏻🏔️⚔️

Some journeys are not just about reaching a destination, but about feeling closer to Waheguru with every step. 🤍

Walking through the mountains with Sadh Sangat, surrounded by the silence of nature, the sound of Waheguru Ji, and the spirit of Chardi Kala, every step feels like a blessing.

And somewhere up there, looking over these mountains, it feels as if Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj is watching His Singhs make their way towards His darbar, riding with His beloved horses, with pride and pyaar in His eyes. ⚔️🐎

The cold, the climb, the exhaustion everything fades when the heart is filled with Naam and the company of Gursikhs.

Because the real beauty of a Yatra is not just the place you reach, but the Sangat you walk with and the connection to Guru Sahib you carry back home.

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh. 🙏🏻💙

Live every situation fully, but don’t cling to any of it.

Feel it. Experience it. Learn from it.
Because situation changes, seasons pass, places disappear, and even the moments we wish could last forever eventually become memories.

Be present enough to enjoy it,
and detached enough to let it go.

Nothing is permanent.
So live deeply, love genuinely, and hold everything lightly.

Nothing to lose.
Everything to prove to myself.

So I’ll give it a shot, give it my all, and leave the rest to time.

1% better every day. 🕊️

We spend so much time comparing our lives with others that we forget the most important journey is discovering who we truly are.

I’m too busy searching for myself, growing through every experience, and becoming a better version of who I was yesterday. The only competition that matters is with the person I used to be.

Busy finding myself, not comparing myself. 🤍

The life you want begins with accepting the life you have.

Acceptance gives you clarity.
Clarity leads to action.
And consistent action creates change.
