🎉 HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! 🥂🎂

Cheers to the last chapter of my 40s! As I celebrate another year of life, I’m taking a moment to reflect on everything I’ve overcome. Life has tested me in ways I never imagined. I've faced trials, tribulations, unexpected changes, heartbreak, and the pain of losing a sibling. I've experienced grief that words can't explain, but through it all, I've continued to stand, grow, heal, and keep pushing forward.
I'm learning to embrace being single, enjoy my own company, love on myself, and understand that there's absolutely nothing wrong with taking time to focus on ME. I've experienced a career change, and I'm looking forward to new opportunities, new beginnings, and whatever blessings God has waiting for me.
This next chapter is about LIVING! I'm ready to get back to dating, traveling, making memories, laughing more, loving harder, and enjoying every moment this beautiful life has to offer. I want to spend more quality time with my Mother, my Son, and my Daughter because if life has taught me anything, it's that time is precious and family is everything.
I'm not chasing perfection, competing with anyone, or trying to keep up with the world. I'm choosing peace, happiness, adventure, healing, and experiences that make my heart smile. I deserve to enjoy this life just as much as I've fought through it.
So here's to closing out my 40s with gratitude, confidence, a little sass, and a whole lot of excitement for what's ahead! The best is yet to come, and I'm just getting started!

8/25/2001 eating breakfast at Connie & Barbara's I met this guy! 25 years of friendship with him and we've managed to stay friends all these years without being in a "RELATIONSHIP" ....and honestly with BOTH of us being LIBRA'S that was the best decision we made. Through the laughs, crazy life moments and everything in between you've always been a special part in my life.
Now come take me for a ride on your bike before it gets to cold outside!!!
Love you 💜 by @1cakequeen1020
