How can one effectively train during the in-season without incurring excessive fatigue⁉️ Isometrics can be a valuable training tool. One effective method for maintaining strength and enhancing tissue capacity during the in-season is through isometric holds of 30-45 seconds . Long-duration isometrics enable the creation of substantial muscular tension while minimizing overall movement and unnecessary eccentric stress. by @1coach_matt
