People will happily blitz 2ton every weekend on a couple of bags of council estate lemo, dancing round boozed up smelling like lynx Africa and savage & vape smoke, thinking that’s a flex on the gram, when all there health markers are absolutely piss pour without batting an eyelid.

But investing a few ton a MONTH into themselves, to get in shape, look better, build confidence all to aid finally becoming proud of themselves, a better friend, family member and a better father to there children. Is all of a sudden “to much doe that”

You’ll spend money absolutely destroying yourself every weekend, but question investing in the ONE person YOUR meant to be looking after for the rest of your life.

YOU.

Get lean once.
Stay lean forever.

Weight-loss pens & GLP-1 triple-receptor agonist…..
Have the ability to help AID in the loss of weight don’t let that weight be muscle tho. There’s a massive difference between weight-loss and fat loss they sit at two completely different ends of the spectrum……
Used as a tool to aid in fat loss by stopping the food noise Protein/ Carbs/ Fats all need to be balanced within your macros. Protein tbf needs to be higher to retain the little muscle you’ve all got.

I know it’s coming Halloween but there’s too many skeleton looking birds cutting about struggling to stay stood in strong winds with the body’s of an 11 year old boy, the hair of a 96 year old woman and the facial structure of a junky.

Don’t worry the men are getting it tmz I have a duty of care within the community to uphold 🫡🤣

THERES NO QUICK FIX TO ANYTHING OR MAGIC PILL.
