Located in the heart of South Norwalk, this restaurant is offering authentic Nepalese and Northern Indian Cuisines and was voted Connecticut Magazine's top new restaurant of 2026. @himalaya_sono is not only offering authentic and insanely flavorful dishes including their famous dumplings, but they are also offering live traditional Himalayan music Thursday-Sunday. Their menu is extensive offering a ton of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options along with a great cocktail and mocktail menu. The space is welcoming and includes a beautiful outdoor seating space. I am absolutely in love with this spot and my absolute must get is the Chilli Chicken. If you are hesitant about the food options, don't be. I assure you one visit and you'll add this spot to your favorites list.

This might be the restaurant of the year for me so let me present to you ✨ @galbikoreansteakhouse ✨

We started with the tuna & salmon sushi tacos which were so unique and had the perfect crispy hard shell. We followed it up by trying the sweet & spicy fried shrimp which had the perfect crunch to them

The main event was definitely the Butcher’s Feast that comes with Wagyu Ribeye (6 oz), Prime Dry-Aged Sirloin (9 oz), Galbi (6 oz), and Filet Mignon (6 oz), so you get to try a little bit of everything. The dry-aged sirloin and Wagyu were standouts for me, but honestly, having four different cuts made this the perfect order for sharing and my fiance and I were fighting over the last pieces.

The service was outstanding and honestly, we can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for a fun dinner spot in Shelton with Korean flavors, sushi, and plenty of steak to go around, definitely add Galbi to your list! 🥩🥢
