Start with a public account’s username or profile link. Story viewing begins from the account profile, so a direct profile link is useful when you already know which account you want.

Check that the username is correct and the profile is public. If the account has available content but nothing loads, a temporary retrieval problem may be involved. Try the profile link again later. An empty result on Imginn does not by itself prove that the account has been deleted.

Downloading story photos and videos

When a download control is available, use it to save the selected story media. On a phone, the file may open in a browser tab or be saved to the browser’s Downloads location; on a desktop, check your usual download folder. The exact behavior depends on your browser and device.
