THE TEAM | We approach projects the same way we would for our own family. Honest answers, clear expectations, and decisions made with the long view in mind.

24/7 Events is a family-run team with 20+ years in the event industry specializing in complete infrastructure builds including event tents and structures, flooring, climate control, logistics, and the pieces that let everyone else do their work well.

You learn quickly in this line of work. A call made at 6am can change the entire day. One extra hour in a schedule can save ten vendors later. How a site is planned affects safety, flow, and reputation, not just aesthetics.

Planners come to us as a reliable partner who knows the capabilities and engineering behind the equipment — foresight, early decisions, and honest answers about what will and won’t work with large builds.

Working with 24/7 means working with the people who hold the responsibility, start to finish.

BEHIND THE BUILD | Most event photos show the finish line. 24/7 Events works at the starting line. But what does that mean, exactly?

Before design choices exist, the site has to function — ground leveled, structures engineered, climate controlled, power routed safely, access planned — the parts that let every other partner do their job well.

In our 20+ years of experience, when that part is right, the event feels easy. When it isn’t, everyone feels it (have you?).

Swipe left to see how we make the work smoother for everyone involved. In short, 24/7 Events is the infrastructure partner planners call when the answer can’t be, “it should be fine.”

Open field, tight standards — essentially turning a stretch of polo ground into a comfortable, working venue for the night. No permanent foundation, no existing utilities… just careful planning and a lot of coordination to make the space function the way a finished venue would.

That’s the part people don’t always see. When the structure goes up, the flooring levels the field, the climate control comes online, and suddenly what started as open ground feels like a room.

For one evening, anyway.

Our love language? A 25m x 35m black frame structure. Glass walls. Elevated flooring. HVAC. Power. Restrooms. Back-of-house tents. The whole nine yards.

Oh, and getting to do it all at Hummingbird? Yup! Our happy place!

Bringing the outdoors in! Trees in the structure and a setup that makes the most of those California fall days. Tented event season is calling… and we’re VERY ready to answer. 👀

One week. One field. One seriously BIG build!

Loved bringing this one to life at @hummingbirdnestevents alongside @stellarevents — from the first pieces going down to a space ready for 500 guests. There’s nothing quite like watching it all come together!

A build we won’t be forgetting anytime soon. 🙌
