Mondays are for Mat work, but make it reformer on the mat. ✨ by @27pilates

It takes time to work up to teaser on the reformer. I introduce it on the mat as well as with the push through bar and we build from there. When it all comes together on the reformer it is not only a proud moment as a teacher but also as a client. @danielleebloomer ya killed it girl 🔥 by @27pilates

✨We love a good swan 🦢 Extension exercises for the spine are important. Jobs, phones, computers, and daily life can have us in flexion most of the time. Extension not only strengthens the spine, it opens it and improves overall posture and balance in the body. by @27pilates
