A NEW CHAPTER FOR 30 FOR FREEDOM! 🌎🔥 It’s hard to put into words just how much this moment means to our family. Ten years ago, God placed a vision on my heart to run 30 miles on my 30th birthday with 30 friends to raise $30,000 to fight human trafficking. We had no idea what God was about to do! 23,000+ PEOPLE MOBILIZED. 223,000+ MILES LOGGED. $4.5 MILLION RAISED. And behind every number are real people, real stories, and lives forever changed. Today, we are taking another step of faith! Beginning in January 2027, I will be transitioning from my role with Chi Alpha to serve FULL-TIME with 30 for Freedom! We believe with all our hearts that God is calling us into this next season to help bring freedom to people trapped in trafficking and to mobilize a generation of people who will stand with us! We are overwhelmed with gratitude for every person who has been part of this movement over the last decade. We would not be here without YOU! The mission remains the same: END HUMAN TRAFFICKING IN OUR LIFETIME! And we believe the greatest days of 30 for Freedom are ahead! LET’S GO!!! 🔥 #30forFreedom #ComfortableToLessComfortable #RunRaiseRescueRestore #MakeYourMilesMatter #UntilAllAreFree by @30forfreedom
LIFE UPDATE ‼️ It’s hard to believe we are sharing THIS UPDATE! 🙌🏼 After much prayer and seeking the Lord, God has made it abundantly clear that He is calling our family to take a significant step of faith! Beginning in January 2027, I will be transitioning out of my role with Chi Alpha and stepping into a full-time role with 30 for Freedom as Founder & CEO!* OUR MISSION: END S*X TRAFFICKING IN OUR LIFETIME! Over the last ten years, we have watched God do MIRACULOUS things through 30 for Freedom. What began with a simple step of obedience has grown into a movement of thousands of people coming together to bring freedom and hope to those impacted by trafficking. And we believe God is calling us to take another step of faith into all that He has ahead! At our most recent Board of Directors meeting, I was overwhelmed by the shared passion, unity, and vision for the future of 30 for Freedom. There is SO much in our hearts that we cannot wait to share with you! This is an incredibly exciting season for our family, but also a bittersweet one. We LOVE Chi Alpha, our students, our team, and the incredible work God is doing at the University of St. Thomas. We will share more about this part of our transition in a dedicated post soon. To EVERY runner, participant, supporter, donor, sponsor, spectator, and person who has been part of 30 for Freedom over the last decade: THANK YOU! You have helped build a movement that is changing lives and bringing freedom to people around the world. And we believe the greatest days are ahead! We are stepping into this next chapter with open hands, expectant hearts, and an unwavering commitment to the mission God has entrusted to us. WE WILL KEEP GOING UNTIL ALL ARE FREE! *This is a fully support-based missionary role, allowing us to continue honoring our commitment that 100% of funds raised for the cause go directly to the cause. by @30forfreedom

VENTURE GALA 2026 ✨ WOW. What a night!!! One of the most inspiring nights of the year! Our hearts were overwhelmed as we heard testimony after testimony of lives being transformed through @venture_org and its incredible partners around the world! Since we gathered last October: 🍽️ 12.9 MILLION meals distributed 🔓 2,290 PEOPLE set free from trafficking ⛪ 10,535 CHURCHES planted ❤️ 1,642 WOMEN resourced Behind every number is a PERSON. A name. A story. A life that matters deeply to God! And this is why we LOVE partnering with Venture! Ranked among the TOP 1% of nonprofits globally, Venture ensures that 100% of funds raised for the cause go directly to the cause! What an extraordinary year of impact made possible by the tenacity of our partners and the incredible generosity of this community! One of my favorite parts of the night was seeing SO MANY @30forfreedom alumni throughout the room! ❤️ It was also a tremendous honor to share about Team 30 for Freedom’s adventure on @thegreatworldrace and celebrate what God has done through it! The funds raised helped make possible the LARGEST RESCUE OPERATION IN OUR HISTORY!!! 1,813 PEOPLE rescued from human trafficking. 700 OF THEM WERE CHILDREN. I still get emotional thinking about that. These aren’t just numbers. These are precious human lives. People who deserve freedom, dignity, safety, and a future filled with HOPE! To EVERY person who has run, given, prayed, volunteered, sponsored, and championed this mission: THANK YOU!!! You are part of this story. And together, we will keep moving until EVERY person is FREE! 🔥 by @30forfreedom

Before #30 was on his football jersey… it meant something completely different. 🥹 It’s sort of our number. When Brayden was 10 years old, he joined me in doing something that sounds a little crazy now. We trained for and ran 30 miles together. Neither of us were runners. 😂 We did it for @30forfreedom , an organization fighting human trafficking. Human trafficking is deeply personal to our family. Some of you who have been here for years know pieces of that story because I used to share about it openly. After those pieces were taken and used against me online, I became much more protective of this part of our story. I haven’t talked about it publicly in nearly six years. But our passion for fighting for freedom never went away. ❤️ 30 miles meant months of training. Hours and HOURS side by side. Audiobooks. Deep conversations. Praying. Laughing. Hurting. Wanting to quit. And learning to keep going anyway. And that little 10-year-old boy DID IT. ❤️ Then we came back and did it again. And again. Now I look at him 8 years later, standing on a football field with #30 on his back, and I can’t help but think about all those miles. Because the grit you see on that field didn’t start on that field. The determination didn’t either. And neither did his faith. Those things have been built quietly over YEARS, through parts of his story most people will never see. Every painful mile mattered. And selfishly, those miles gave me something too. A bond with my boy that I don’t even know how to put into words. 🥹❤️ So when I see #30 running across that football field, I don’t just see a jersey number. I see a 10-year-old boy who believed “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” I see thousands of training steps beside him. I see who he was. I see who he’s becoming. And I see just how much the things we walk through along the way shape us. ❤️ Do you have a number that means something to you? Tell me the story behind it. 👇🏻 📸: @jasonm.bolinphotography by @30forfreedom
Today is International Day of Charity, and we simply want to say THANK YOU. 🤍 To every runner who has made their miles matter. To every donor who has given generously. To every sponsor and business that has partnered with us. To every volunteer who has served. To every person who has shared our mission, invited a friend, started a fundraiser, or helped carry this movement forward… Thank you. For more than 10 years, the 30 for Freedom community has come together with one shared belief: our miles can help bring freedom to trafficking victims around the world. Together, more than 22,500 participants have helped raise over $4.3 MILLION in the fight against human trafficking. Every mile. Every gift. Every partnership. Every person. It all matters. On International Day of Charity, we celebrate YOU and the incredible generosity of this community. There is still more work to do. More people to reach. More freedom to fight for. And we’re grateful to do it together. Until all are free. 🔓 by @30forfreedom
