我們準備了聲音的牆，等你一起上色～ Let’s go on a little adventure in sound graffiti. No fixed canvas, no right answer — only signals flowing, overlapping, and conversing in the air. We play like children, and think like engineers. Sometimes it sounds cute, sometimes it sounds brilliant. Each edition invites different artists to explore a theme related to the number 3, followed by an open discussion about sound design and creative processes. Since 2023, 3MSP has hosted multiple events across Taiwan — performances, talks, workshops, and jam sessions — each inviting audiences to experience the ever-evolving world of modular synthesis from a fresh angle. Please register for workshops, combo tickets, and early bird tickets via the form on profile. by @kuo.fang_yu

JJ Moran, originally from the UK, is based in Tokyo, Japan. Informed by his background in post-rock, through modular synth he aims to create sounds that express the interactions between humans, urban environments, and nature—as well as the emotions tied up in and generated by the connections, isolation, friction, joy, and separations we encounter throughout life. Continuing the spirit of 3MSP, 3⁵ brings together modular synthesizer artists from philosophy, design, and sonic experimentation to explore a new set of performance rules. In Threefold Phases, each artist defines three spatial states along a dry-to-wet spectrum as the framework for a sonic experiment. These are not fixed locations, but fluid models—climatic, perceptual, and topological. Sound becomes architecture. Structure is present, methods remain open. The performance concludes with an open conversation, inviting the audience to reflect on sound composition, spatial perception, and creative process.
