Halloween Night 👻. Thursday’s Daily.
Nothing much scarier than a missed Box Jump then watching the wound over the following few seconds 🩸 🤕
Intended to go 24” on my Box Jumps tonight…and maybe even bump it up to 30” as the rounds progressed …. But, I missed my VERY FIRST jump 🫠. Sooooo, back to 20” for the entire workout and another nice scar on my shin 🫣🫥

Had THE Best Company for Wednesday’s Work! 💙
@tweedster_20 and I reluctantly decided that Saturday’s Daily looked “fun” 😝
🖤Tucker jumped in on the fun too!

Skipped on over to Wednesday’s Daily, since I haven’t done Deadlifts in a bit. I kinda missed them. I wonder if they missed me 🤔 💘

Monday: Finished up some Jerks that I felt too weak to complete last week. Then, started up the #streetparking “10! Badge” w/ Workout 1.
Temp me with a Badge, and I am THERE SP!! Unless it has 5k or 10k in the requirements🫣

Broke out the new heater for the first time. Much preferred over my old propane heaters in here 🔥😶‍🌫️. Only needed it for the first few lifts, then the garage door opened and the fans went on! 🥵
And, of course, the pups were overjoyed to hang out with me today. 😏

Sunday Squats. 3 Reps at my current 90%.
And a cool moon (phone camera made it look like 2️⃣ 🤷🏼‍♀️).

🫠When upper body strength work makes me contemplate my life, I just look for a Daily with SQUATS in it… Then, all is well with the world. 🤗😂
📸: Failure at my Push Press 90% of my current TM. Then, look to my board to make sure I was not trying to break any past records… nope… not even close 😫
📸: Second attempt. Just barely got one. Needed three😩
📸: Thursday’s Daily -
3 Rounds of:
400m Run
15 DB Squats (30#s)
400m Run
15 DB Squats

Rest three min between rounds

🖤Tucker was here for it alllllll!

Sitting in a car (THIS particular car!) for about 9 hours today, so I HAD to get in a simple mover. 🤗 Tuesday’s Daily fit the bill!
I think the pups woulda preferred a couch session. 🥰

Last Friday’s Daily this Friday!
The pups are back, so edits were made to capture their cuteness (not mine 🤪). Tucker was very attentive to my push ups. 🤓
The long sleeve FLEO only lasted 4 rounds 🥵.
‘Tis the season of layering upon “unlayering”.
No clock for this one. Just did twelve rounds.

Thursday Night with tomorrow’s Daily.
Thankfully all my soreness (from my last two workouts😫) went away after the run & the first 20 Box Jumps 😅🤗.

Some late Tuesday night Squatzzz & Saturday’s Daily. Got a lil’ dizzy on that second round 😵‍💫🥴

Rainy Monday & Ten Days Off 🫠
Hit Wednesday’s Daily after some overhead strength. Arms were TOASTED in the last couple rounds 🥺.
Just happy to be back to “regular programming” 🤗.
