So, who was gonna tell me about that drop on Frozen Ever After? IYKYK Disney Adventure World still feels a little like a work in progress but the addition of the World of Frozen and Raiponce Tangled Spin hugely elevates what has long been a half-day park for me. This whole area is beautiful and really transforms the experience of walking around this park. Sadly we didn't get to see the Frozen Celebration due to the relentless rain that day but I'll take that as an excuse for another visit. #disneylandparis #worldoffrozen #dlp #disney by @4000milestomagic
The perfect day in Disneyland Paris 💖 The Florida parks will always have my whole heart, but I have to hand it to Paris...Disneyland might just be the prettiest park. #disneylandparis #dlp #disney #mickeymouse #minniemouse by @4000milestomagic

Scenes from the Big Bus... You know if there's a Big Bus Tour in a city, I'm taking that trip. "But you'll look like a tourist!" people cry. I'll let you in on a wee secret...I AM a tourist, and there is nothing I love more than riding around on the open top deck of a bus, nothing but views and vibes. And just look at these views! #london #bigbustour #londonphotography #londonsightseeing by @4000milestomagic

Disney Dream Final Thoughts... 1. Now that we've sailed on both the Dream and the Fantasy, we loved the Fantasy a little more. While they're both beautiful ships, the theming of the Fantasy's Europa adult area has the edge over the Dream's District for us 2. Shorter cruises aren't for us. Don't get me wrong - three nights on a Disney ship is magnificent, but we missed the slower pace and immersive experience of our 7 night cruises 3. It may be time for DCL to re-evaluate their approach to adult spaces on board 4. The service from the crew on board a Disney cruise ship remains consistently impressive - the crew truly makes the experience magical from beginning to end 5. Express walk off seems like a good idea at the time. It's not 😂 6. I can't wait to set sail again by @4000milestomagic
Day 3 on board the Disney Dream, and it's the last day already Today was a sea day, and because it was such a short cruise, we decided to skip most of the activities on board in favour of exploring/posing and generally trying to soak up as much of the ship's atmosphere as possible. The sea was starting to look a little more exciting as the sun went down, and it later turned out to be some of the roughest seas we've experienced yet as the ship's movement woke us in the middle of the night! And with that, our time on board came to an end. Stay tuned for our final thoughts on this 3-night cruise on board the Disney Dream. #dcl #disneycruise #disneycruiseline #disneydream #cruise by @4000milestomagic
Day 2 on board the Disney Dream Today was our only port day for this three-night cruise, and we woke up in the working port of Zeebrugge. After taking advantage of a quiet morning for some photos around the ship, we boarded our motor coach for the short drive into Bruges. We had a few hours to explore this beautiful city, just enough time for a scenic boat ride on the canal, some shopping, and some delicious fries that I am still thinking about. While I loved seeing Bruges, it brought us face to face with one of the less pleasant sides of cruising. Don't let Instagram pics fool you - the streets were very, very crowded, and it brought to life the realities of mass tourism. It's a subject I can't possibly do justice to in a short caption here but as a passenger on a large cruise ship, it wasn't lost on me that the cobbled, fairytale streets were never meant to accommodate so many people, and left me with some complicated questions about the part we play as visitors. Back on the ship, we got ready for Pirate Night and dinner at Animator's Palate. Tonight's show was Believe, a cute show with a very special guest at the end...IYKYK We ended the evening in Pink champagne bar for some live piano and a Moet & Chandon Ice, before the pace of the shorter cruise started to catch up with me! It didn't stop me sampling those macarons, though! #disneydream #disneycruise #cruise #dcl by @4000milestomagic
How has it already been more than a week since we stepped on board the Disney Dream? Let's rewind for a quick trip recap... We woke up to the most magical sight, the Dream's funnels peeking above the trees outside our room at Ibis Southampton. Technically, I woke up much earlier when it was still dark and the ship was lit up, waking Ross with excited whispers of "she's here!" This was our second stay at the Ibis and it's the perfect pre-cruise location, just a short ten-minute walk to the terminal. At the terminal, we were greeted with unexpectedly long lines at the luggage drop, as many of us hadn't received our luggage tags in advance. This turned into a bit of a gift...while the lines outside were long, Cabanas was uncharacteristically quiet and we had our pick of window seats for a leisurely lunch. After lunch, it was on to the important business of exploring the ship, checking out our state room (and our Castaway Club gifts!) obtaining beverages from Currents bar, and, in a break from tradition, watching sail away from the peaceful refuge of the Adult Only section. The rest of the evening was a whirlwind of the Golden Mickeys show, dinner, exploring the District entertainment area, and navigating the hallways during some very rock seas! . . . . . #disneycruise #dcl #disneydream #disneycruiseuk by @4000milestomagic
