Hi 🩵 There are so many new faces here lately, so I figured it was time to reintroduce myself… Hi, I’m Diesha (die-eee-sha) ✨ A few fun facts about me: ✨ I found Pilates after inner ear surgery affected my balance. During physical therapy, they put me on a Pilates Cadillac… and I completely fell in love with the method. ✨ The Cadillac is still my favorite apparatus — it feels like a playground to me: creative, athletic, dynamic, and endlessly fun. ✨ My background as a collegiate cheerleader, coach, and choreographer made teaching Pilates feel like the perfect fit. ✨ I teach at Sunday Pilates in Las Vegas and out of my home studio. Group classes fuel my energy, but teaching instructors is my biggest passion. ✨ My classes are high-energy flows, props, upbeat playlists, lots of laughs, and leaving stronger physically and mentally. ✨ If I lovingly roast you in class… congratulations 😂 It probably means I adore you. ✨ I straightened my curls for almost 10 years before finally embracing them again 👩🏼‍🦱🙄 ✨ I was born and raised in Ohio, lived in several states, and studied abroad in Australia during one of the best seasons of my life. ✨ Las Vegas has become my favorite place I’ve ever lived. I’m also a huge foodie, so expect lots of restaurant recs and girls’ nights out on my stories 🍸✨ ✨ I live in Henderson with my husband (we met in high school but didn’t date until later in life 🥹), our two teenage boys, and our doodle mascots: 🐶 Nala the Goldendoodle 🐶 Denim the Aussiedoodle ✨ OG followers probably remember my boys being all over Instagram 😂 Now that they’re teenagers, I apparently need permission before posting them. ✨ And honestly… the thing I’m most proud of is this community. Pilates has connected me with people all over the world, and I’ll never stop being grateful for every message, class, workshop attendee, and person who shares my page with fellow Pilates lovers 🤍 Now tell me — How long have you been following along? 👇🏻 by @4diesha

You know I love a good Cadillac hang… but my muscles don’t always love me afterward! 😂🙃 Recovery is just as important as the workout, and I’ve been loving my @revomadic Smart Cupping Massager! 🙌 This little recovery powerhouse combines dynamic suction, red light therapy, soothing heat, and adjustable intensity levels—all in one portable, hands-free device! 🔥❤️ Because working hard is one thing… but recovering smarter? THAT’S the goal! 💪✨ #PilatesRecovery #MuscleRecovery #SmartCupping #RecoveryRoutine #ad by @4diesha
