Chocolate Covered Oreo

Funny story, this post was supposed to be a tutorial. I was filming while making this treat or at least I thought I was, only to find out that I did not press the record button! 🤦‍♀️ 😭 Halloween is almost here! 🎃👻😱One of my favorite holidays! Looking forward to sharing more spooky treats with all of you.

Banana Nut and Chocolate Chip Muffins
•
•
•
These monster and spider Halloween treats are so easy and fun to make with your little ones — and even for the child at heart! My youngest daughter helped me decorate them. We used candy eyes and chocolate Pocky sticks for the spider legs.
•
These muffins are rich in banana flavor from the over riped bananas I put in this recipe. They are perfectly moist with just the right amount of sweetness. I put some cinnamon, mixed and topped them with dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts for that extra yummines.

Banana Bread
•
•
•
Finally, fall! To celebrate the beginning of one of my favorite seasons, I baked this banana bread—perfect, in my opinion, with a pumpkin spice latte or a pumpkin spice chai. Add a throw blanket, the couch, and a Gilmore Girls marathon, and I’m all set. 😍

Make-up Themed Cake
•
•
•
My very 1st post after a year break from baking. Bottom tier is a triple chocolate cake, and the top tier is a vanilla cake crumcoated and layered with white chocolate ganache. This cake was for a little glam girl who recently celebrated her 4th birthday. It's always a pleasure to make her birthday cake!

Baby Shower Cake
•
•
•
This baby shower cake was for an expecting first-time mom. It was a mocha cake with mocha buttercream filling and frosting. I had so much fun making this, from the fondant bear to the chocolate covered styrofoam balls! Being a part of special celebrations like this makes all my hard work worthwhile!

House Warming/Birthday Cake
•
•
•
This is a double celebration cake I made a few months ago, for a house warming and birthday! The bottom tier was a triple chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache and chocolate chip filling, while the top tier was a vanilla cake with caramel filling. I used styrofoam balls and dipped a few in melted chocolate, while the rest I covered with SMBC patted using a spatula to give that rough effect. I decided to make the bottom tier surface smooth and the top rough for contrast. I used the tip of the spatula to make the ripple effect on top of the cake for a more interesting look. I added some dried pampas grass as added decoration along with the door made out of fondant and chocolate key. This is my contribution to the #emptythetoolboxcollab hosted by:
