I feel tiny out here 😮

Leh is as remote as it gets—surrounded by giant peaks that dwarf everything in sight.

I came expecting alpine greens… but instead found a Martian world. Mountains stripped bare. Rocky. Unforgiving.

It’s a harsh landscape, but at the same time, so beautiful 👌🏽

Everywhere I turn—it’s mind-blowing. 🌍⛰️🤯

India’s Triple Crown FKT 🏔️🏔️🏔️

In less than 8hr, Jack will set off to summit the worlds three highest roads, back to back.

Setting off from Leh, a small city in the far North of India, the plan is for Jack to summit:

🏔️ Khardung La Pass - 5,359m Altitude
🏔️ Norbu La Pass - 5,200m Altitude
🏔️ Umling La Pass - 5,800m Altitude

The total ride will be roughly 420km in length and with 7,520m elevation gain. The challenge isn’t the distance or the elevation gain over the course of the day, it’s the extreme altitude he’ll be hitting en route. He won’t dip below 3,300m elevation the entire ride.

Adding to the complexities is the weather. Forecasts are currently predicting -8’C on the high passes with snow and strong winds.

While Jack is no stranger to suffering, this one will be something completely new for him as he pushes into the unknown. He’s admitted that he’s not been this nervous before an event, and the team here on the ground with him can see why.

Woke up today and didn’t feel great. Hard to tell if it’s the food, the altitude—or both.

It was the final day of high acclimatization on the bike, climbing up to 4,650m. Now it’s two days of riding at 3,500m, with time spent resting up at 5,000m.

This altitude game… it’s unlike anything I’ve ever done before. The body reacts in ways you can’t predict, and every morning you wake up, it’s like rolling the dice, you don’t know how you’re going to feel 🤞🏽

This one’s hard to put into words. The challenge itself. The landscapes. The people who made it possible.

We set off at 2:45am, and by sunrise we were above the clouds on Khardung La at 5,400m. Up there it feels like breathing through a straw—the altitude hits you like a brick.

From there, a 40km descent led straight into a 250km climb through valleys so vast and untouched it felt like riding through a world no one had ever visited.

In Hanle, on the Chinese border, came the almighty Norbu La. The lowest of the passes at 5,200m, I thought it might be easier… but the 25km “road” was closer to a downhill trail in reverse. Corrugations. Ruts. Brutal gradients. There were times I thought that I’d never reach the top.

And then, Umling La….The highest motorable road on Earth at 5,800m. It’s an absolute beast. Steep, snow-covered, black ice under the wheels. By 5,600m I could barely balance—fatigue, freezing temps, thin air—everything working against me.

But with the support of the team beside me, little by little I chipped away at things and made my way to the top, finally reaching the summit under the glow of the full moon.

This trip has been unforgettable. The suffering, the beauty, the culture, the memories and the friendships. I can’t wait to bring this adventure to life in the form of a film so you guys can experience the beauty that is Ladhak.
