We had a blast hosting some of the Charlotte area gym owners & the one and only Tracy from Home Office this past Tuesday.🥊
We did workout but may have used the active rests as a dance party instead. Either way, we worked out together, we laughed, and we got some points to help us in the Gym vs Gym Challenge.

Side note: We all knew Myron had some moves, but who knew Amy from Ballantyne/NoDa would really show us how it’s done?!💃🏻🕺🔥
