Your body is not the enemy of your spiritual life.It is easy to treat our physical selves as an afterthought—or worse, a distraction from our walk with God. But the truth is, your body is one of the first places of your obedience, discipline, appetites, fatigue, courage, and faith actually become visible. Belief isn't just an abstract concept; it is lived out through our body and daily choices.
This is why personal fitness and self-defense training is a essential for every individual. Taking care of your physical strength and learning to protect yourself isn't about vanity or aggression—it is about readiness, discipline, and honoring the life you've been given by God Almighty.
Don’t neglect the physical vessel God entrusted to you. True stewardship means building a body that is strong, resilient, and capable.Take care of your health, build your strength, and remember that training your body is a powerful way to honor your divine purpose and practice daily discipline.
"Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies."
— 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (NIV)
