✨Grateful.✨

What started with a leap of faith with a pencil, paper, and a vision has grown into a movement rooted in healing, reflection, and community.

I’m truly honored to receive recognition for World Notebook Day on behalf of 10Mins1Page. What began as a simple journaling practice turned into creating safe spaces throughout the Bronx where people can slow down, express themselves, and connect through writing.

Every journal circle, conversation, and page written reminds me why this work matters so much. Thank you to Assemblymember Chantel Jackson, LMSW and her wonderful staff for acknowledging the heart and hard work behind 10Mins1Page.

This is only the beginning.

Y’all, I’m so proud and grateful to be recognized with the 2026 Caribbean Impact Award at Bronx Power Women! As a Jamaican girl from the Bronx, this means so much to me. I’ve poured my heart into serving the Bronx community, and I’m honored to celebrate this achievement 💕 by @_.nickkib._

Sometimes all you need is a little push.🙃
To whoever nominated me for The David Prize, thank you for seeing my work and believing in me. Your encouragement gave me the push I needed and the reminder to stay focused.
I officially submitted my application! No matter the outcome, being thought of means so much. ✨

Hi! Founder here! 💚 I love journaling so much that I turned that love into a nonprofit ➡️10Mins1Page! 📓✨

What started with a pen, a page, and a passion for helping others has grown into a mission recognized by New York State with a citation for World Journaling Day! 🥹

So yes… the extra notebooks are part of the mission. 🤭 What gave your love for journaling away?

I am excited to see everyone at the next journaling group!
