Paula joins the THKC villa not just as an instructor — but as someone who understands what it means to move well. A kiter herself, she’s also certified in Ashtanga yoga and functional training, working between Tulum and Guajirú with a practice that prepares the body for everything the water demands.

It is how you breath when things don’t go your way

How you speak when emotions rise

How you return to yourself again and again

This is the real practice
