Couple of PWO pics after a pretty decent upper body session @progressgym - Currently working around a lat injury so taking it easy on the pull ups & chin ups for a bit. by @__benben____

Squats 120kg / 265 lbs for 12 reps - A few squats from yesterday after hitting a deadlift PR.

My squats always feel much stronger straight after deadlifting so I like to hit them on the same day which is quite an unorthodox approach.

Obsessed with the cut on these new @youngla cut offs. 20+ years of lifting and it’s rare to find a fit that actually hangs this nicely — that perfect loose but still fitted look 💪 #youngla #gymwear #streetwear #mensstreetstyle #musclefit by @__benben____
