My happy place. 🎶🪘✨

When I play timbal, I feel at home.
That’s where I can fully let go, connect with the rhythm, and just be present.

The sound, the energy, the vibration… it all brings me back to myself.
No matter what’s happening around me, the timbal always reminds me who I am.

Music is more than performance for me, it’s healing, freedom, joy, and community.
This is my happy place. ❤️🔥 by @_abeldamasceno_

Afro-Brazilian drumming in Miami 🌴
Grateful to @grahamvsounds and @miamibloco for connecting me with @the_sfcpa , who hosted this all-ages workshop — bringing community together through samba reggae.

✨ 🇨🇦 🍁 Vancouver vibes.
The city was beautiful, the food was great, and the views were unreal, but nothing compares to having the best company by my side: my love and partner, Larissa Neves. ❤️

Every moment felt more special because we shared it together.
Until next time, Vancouver. 🍁 by @_abeldamasceno_

✨ The congas were born from Afro-Cuban traditions, rooted in West African rhythms that traveled across the Atlantic. Today they bring that same spirit of connection, joy, and celebration wherever they go. Playing them at this wedding felt like honoring that history while making new memories of love and rhythm. 💍🎶
