With the @lcclondon MA graduate show fast approaching, I’ve been looking back at photos from our collaborative exhibition at the @copelandparkse gallery in March.

Our installation ‘Memory of the Forest’ was composed of a suspended collage, a publication and a sound piece. The project was inspired by Epping Forest, its histories, and the English and Celtic folklore surrounding the ancient landscape.

We tested so many alternative processes in the making of this - from developing film with holly leaves, toning cyanotypes with bark and burying film in soil. I loved experimenting with camera-less processes and the project has definitely inspired some of the work I will be showcasing in the MA show next week.

A special thanks to:
Our wonderful collab group: @_cyuliu_ @pranav_gooner @mistyday6 ❤️
Our tutor @victoria.ahrens and the LCC technicians
@hfletch from @sustainabledarkroom for sharing her knowledge in an informative workshop on developing with plants. 🌱
