Some of my favourite plant medicines to support the feminine body ๐Ÿฅฐ ๐Ÿซ Ceremonial Cacao that has been such a beautiful support during my luteal phase and bleed. Nourishing my body, while also softening and opening my heart. ๐Ÿชท Blue lotus is dreamy and sensual. It has supported me in calming my mind at night, bringing more presence into my day and connecting to a more intuitive state & flow. ๐Ÿ„โ€๐ŸŸซ And Iโ€™ve had the most incredible and profound experiences with these microdosing blends. I use them with deep intention, both in my own cycle and in my Deep Womb Healing Ceremonies with women, to support deeper body awareness, presence and connection. Available in my studio after sessions or DM me if youโ€™d like to some of these beauties ๐ŸŒน by @_ancientwisdom_
