Your rebuild doesn’t have to start with a perfect routine 🤍

In the early months of motherhood, it can feel like you’re trying to figure out who you are again while learning how to care for this tiny human. And somewhere in the middle of it all, taking care of yourself can end up at the bottom of the list.

At 20 months postpartum, one thing my rebuild journey has taught me is that you don’t have to do everything at once. You can start small, work with the season of life you’re in, and build from there.
Sometimes, ten minutes is enough to remind yourself that you matter, too. 🫶🏼

That’s exactly why I’m created something for November: a 30-Day Core Reconnection Challenge with just 4 simple movements a day, taking less than 10 minutes.

If you’re a new or newer mom wanting to ease back into movement but aren’t sure where to start, I’m creating this with you in mind.

Comment “CORE” below if you want the details! The challenge starts November 1st! 💪 Let’s rebuild together, one small step at a time.

Hi, I’m Ari 👋🏽

I’m a first-time mom rebuilding my strength, finding my rhythm, and learning how to make fitness fit into this season of my life, instead of trying to make my life fit around fitness.

These photos are about 8 weeks apart, and while I’m proud of the physical progress, what I’m even more proud of is how I’m getting there!

Sticking to the basics, no unrealistic schedule and NO WAITING for life to slow down ‼️
Simply a plan that works for my life, consistency, and showing up even when things don’t go perfectly.

I truly believe there are 3 things that make the biggest difference when you’re trying to create sustainable results:

1. Set realistic goals.
Know what you can actually commit to in this season of life.

2. Have a plan that fits your lifestyle.
Your workout routine should work with your life, not constantly compete with it.

3. Make no excuses.
There will always be a reason you could skip it. Sometimes you genuinely need the rest, and sometimes you just need to get up and do the thing.

I’m not here to chase perfection. I’m here to get stronger, take care of myself, be a present mom, and prove that you can make progress without making fitness your whole life.

So if you’re a mom rebuilding your strength, trying to find your balance, or simply ready to start showing up for yourself again…

WELCOME 🤎

Follow along, we’re getting stronger together 💪🏽

We’re adding milk, creamers, syrups, and all the extras to our coffee anyway… so why not make it COUNT?! 👀☕️

Today’s little coffee hack: swap your regular creamer for an Oikos Pro protein shake!

The whole bottle has 25g of protein, but I only used HALF in my coffee, giving me approximately 12.5g of protein in just 6 oz of coffee.

A little caffeine, a little protein, and one less thing to overthink when you’re trying to hit your daily protein goals.

Because if we’re going to have our coffee anyway, we might as well make it work a little harder 😂💪🏼

Save this one for your next coffee! ☕️

A full-body conditioning session that you can ACTUALLY get done in under 20 minutes!

No hour-long commitment. Just show up, move your body, get that sweat in, and get on with your day.

Save this one for your next workout! Your 20 minutes are waiting 😉

“Brands don’t like it when you rep other brands in one post.” My baddddd 🙃

I became a mom, I’m just trying to get cute for movement, feel good in what I’m wearing, and make it through my full-body conditioning without questioning all my life decisions 🤷🏽‍♀️

The outfit? 10/10.
The confidence? 10/10.
The conditioning? We survived. That’s what matters 😂

Mom life had me so focused on showing up for my workouts that I forgot one of the biggest pieces of the puzzle… fueling my body 🥲

Skipping lunch, grabbing cereal for dinner, and wondering why my progress felt stuck. I wanted to build muscle and get stronger, but I wasn’t giving my body what it needed to do that.

So, I started tracking my meals again. Not to obsess over numbers or eat perfectly, but to become more intentional about my nutrition and make sure I’m actually eating enough to support my goals.

If you’re feeling plateaued, or you’ve never tracked your food before, this is your reminder that sometimes progress isn’t about doing MORE in the gym. It’s about looking at what you’re doing outside of it, too.

You can’t expect your body to build strength if you’re constantly running on empty 🙂‍↕️

We’re learning, adjusting, and getting stronger, one meal at a time 💪🏼

Let’s yap for a quick second… 🤭

Because the further I get into postpartum, the more I’m realizing that the pressure isn’t necessarily to “bounce back”, it’s to simply feel like ME again.

To have that confidence, to feel strong, to have the energy… to bring back that little spark that’s been dimmed just a tad while figuring out this whole motherhood thing.

And by no means do I have it all figured out. Honestly, who does? 😂

But one thing I do know is that I have the power to take action and make changes that help me become the woman I want to be.

So no, I’m not pressuring myself to look like I used to or trying to rush my way back to anything. But I am committed to getting to a point where I feel strong, confident, energized, and like ME again.

With that being said… NEW GOALS HAVE BEEN SET, AND WE’RE GOING AFTER THEM!! 💪🏼🔥

Follow along for the encouragement, motivation, and inspo. We’re doing this together! 🤍

Millennials, can we talk? 😭💀

We really thought we ate in those low-rise jeans, survived on questionable decisions, and stayed up until the sunrise like it was nothing. Now we need a serious stretching routine just to feel normal 😂

WHY is everything tight?! The hips, the hamstrings, the lower back… HELLO?! 😩

Please tell me I’m not the only one feeling personally attacked by my own body 💀😂

90s babies, roll call 👇🏼 What year were you born?
Let’s see who’s out here creaking with me 🤣

Working out 3x a week like I promised myself? CHECK 💪🏽Skipping meals because mom life gets busy? VERY MUCH GUILTY 🥲

But we’re getting back to business because this mama has goals to achieve, and that means fueling my body just as much as I’m working it! 🤝

So today’s lunch called for a fancy chicken salad wrap because apparently, we’re romanticizing our lunches now 😋🌯

This was a no-measure, throw-it-together kind of recipe, so add as much or as little as your heart desires!

For the chicken: Use rotisserie chicken for convenience or boil chicken tenderloins until cooked through, then shred.

Mix it with your favorite chicken salad ingredients, wrap it up, and enjoy!

Now tell me… DO WE WANT MORE KITCHEN VIDEOS? 👀👇

Okay, let’s talk about nutrition for a sec …

I’ve been skipping lunch, snacking way more than I’d like, and honestly, I’m realizing that I need to put just as much effort into my eating habits as I do my training.

I’ve been kind of winging it with food lately, so I’m trying to be more intentional about eating proper meals and actually fueling my body throughout the day.

I’m not tracking anything right now, and I definitely don’t have it all figured out. I’m just trying to build better habits that support my training, my progress, and how I feel overall.

So if you’re also in your rebuilding era, let’s figure it out together 🫶🏽

Follow along as I rebuild my strength, nutrition, and confidence postpartum, one day at a time 🤍
