The skincare hack you may be sleeping on. That’s ok, I’m here to explain✨

Enter: MICRONEEDLING. 🪡

We’re creating controlled micro-injuries in the skin to stimulate your body’s natural collagen + elastin production—which can help improve the appearance of:

✨ Acne scars
✨ Uneven texture
✨ Fine lines
✨ Enlarged pores
✨ Hyperpigmentation + uneven tone
✨ Dull, tired-looking skin
✨ Build collagen
✨ Reduce stretch marks

And here’s why I LOVE it for deeper skin tones: 👏🏾

Certain lasers can carry a higher risk of triggering post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation in melanated skin because they use heat/energy that can stimulate melanin production. Microneedling works differently—it uses mechanical stimulation rather than relying on intense heat.

That doesn’t mean every treatment is automatically safe for every skin tone (because skin is not one-size-fits-all, sis!). Your depth, device, technique, skin condition, and aftercare ALL matter.

The goal isn’t to change your skin—it’s to help your skin look healthier, smoother, brighter and more even. 🤎✨

Your skin is beautiful, it may just need to be supported and properly treated.

PSA: Botox is NOT a skincare routine. 💉💗

Botox has its place, and I LOVE what it does. But healthy, beautiful skin requires more than relaxing a few muscles.

Think collagen stimulation, skin resurfacing, medical-grade skincare, hydration, and sun protection.

The goal isn’t just to look younger. It’s to invest in the health, quality, and longevity of your skin.

Stop chasing individual treatments. Start building an aesthetic plan.

Your skin deserves a strategy.

Welcome to intentional aesthetics. Welcome to Botox Bae Beauty Boutique. 💗 Elevate Your Natural ✨

POV: You ask her what her skincare routine is because her skin is looking SUSPICIOUSLY GOOD… 👀💉😂

“It’s genetics.” 🧬
“It’s water.” 💧
“It’s my moisturizer.” 🧴
“Girl, I just got a facial!” 🤭

Meanwhile, her forehead is smoother than her excuses. 😂💗

Listen, babe, you don’t owe anybody an explanation for what you do with YOUR face. But let’s stop acting like getting Botox is some kind of scandal. 😂

✨ Your wrinkles don’t make you more virtuous.
✨ Botox doesn’t make you fake.
✨ Taking care of yourself doesn’t require anyone’s permission.

Your face is not a morality test, and aging gracefully looks different for everybody. 💋

And if you’re gatekeeping that glow… at least tag your injector! 😉💉

✨ Let’s stop assigning morality to personal beauty decisions and start giving each other the freedom to choose what makes us feel confident in our own skin. 💗

Wrinkles are a natural part of aging, and choosing to soften them doesn’t mean you’re denying your age, lacking self-acceptance, or trying to be someone you’re not.

You can embrace aging and still enjoy aesthetics. You can love yourself and still choose to change something. Those two things can coexist beautifully.💞

Your character is not measured by the lines on your forehead, and your authenticity isn’t determined by what you choose to do with your face.

Whether you choose Botox, embrace every wrinkle, or do a little of both, your choices don’t define your worth.

Beauty is personal. Self-worth is not up for debate.

Let’s talk about dermal filler, safety, and what social media will have you believing. 💉✨

Somewhere along the way, filler got a bad reputation, and I understand why. We’ve all seen the overfilled faces, the migration videos, and the scary before-and-afters. But that’s not the whole story.

Dermal filler isn’t the problem. The approach matters.

Filler can be used to restore volume, support facial structure, soften certain lines, and create balance when it’s appropriately selected and placed by a qualified, experienced injector.

And let’s be clear: filler isn’t risk-free. Complications can happen and that’s why your injector’s training, your anatomy, product selection, and treatment plan matter so much.

Sometimes, the safest and most beautiful result isn’t doing everything in one appointment. It’s creating a plan that works with your face, your goals, and even your budget. We can prioritize what matters most and build your results over time. 🤍

You don’t have to be afraid of filler, but you should be informed about it.

My goal isn’t to change your face. It’s to help you understand your options and make decisions that feel right for you.

Before you let social media make the decision for you, book a consultation. Let’s talk about YOUR face, YOUR anatomy, and what’s actually appropriate for YOU.

What does “aging well” actually look like? 👀

We all have different ideas of what aging gracefully means—natural aging, maintaining a youthful appearance, embracing every change, or choosing aesthetic treatments along the way.

I used Jasmine Guy as an example—not to criticize her, but to open up a conversation about how differently we all perceive aging.

So I’m leaving this one to YOU 👇🏽

What does aging well look like to you?
Is it looking your age? Looking younger? Looking “well-maintained”? Or simply looking like the healthiest, happiest version of yourself?

Let’s talk about it in the comments. 💬✨

🚨 WAIT… I CAN’T BELIEVE I FORGOT TO MENTION THIS. 🚨

BOTOX DOES NOT WORK INSTANTLY! 😂

Botox gradually starts working over the first few days, but your final result can take about 2 weeks to fully show.

So what should you expect?

✨ Your muscles gradually relax
✨ Dynamic lines become softer
✨ Your skin starts looking smoother
✨ You can still look like YOU — just a little more refreshed
✨ And yes… you can STILL make facial expressions. We are not trying to turn you into a mannequin! 😂

Immediately after treatment, you may have a little redness, swelling, or tiny bumps at the injection sites. These typically settle quickly.

Science: Botox temporarily blocks the nerve signal that tells the targeted muscle to contract. Less repetitive contraction = softer expression lines over time.

The key word is GRADUALLY.

So please… give your Botox the full 14 days before judging the results. It’s working. She just has a process. 😂💉✨

Respectfully 🤍

Looking expensive was never really about the handbag, the car, or the jewelry. 💅🏾

It’s about the way society recognizes care, intention, and investment in yourself.

The glowing skin. The well-maintained face. The polished details. The way you carry yourself.🪞

And yes, you can LOVE yourself exactly as you are and still get some work done. ✨

Botox, filler, skin treatments—none of that has to mean you don’t accept yourself. Sometimes it simply means you enjoy investing in the person you already see in the mirror.

Because looking expensive isn’t about what you own.

It’s about how well you take care of what you’ve been given. 🤎

And baby… self-investment will ALWAYS be in style. 💋

Me: “Just make a few facial expressions for me.”

Also me: “Okay, now tell me who hurt you.” 😭💉

Authenticity: Is it looking your age—or looking how you feel?

Deion Sanders has never been shy about being a BIG personality. And when you’re dating younger, athletic, and a leader… the conversation around aging gets even louder. 👀

He’s also been candid about what he’s had done—which brings up an interesting question:

What does authenticity actually mean to you?

🕵🏾‍♀️ allowing biology to take its course because “this is just what aging looks like”?

🕵🏾‍♀️ Or looking in the mirror and saying, “I don’t feel 50, 60, 70… so why should I have to look like I do?”

Botox. Filler. Hair restoration. Skin treatments. Cosmetic enhancements.

🪞Are those things making you less authentic…

🪞if you choose to age naturally, is that the ultimate form of authenticity?

There’s no right answer.

But maybe authenticity isn’t about what you do to your face.

Maybe it’s about whether the face you present to the world feels like you.

I’m curious—what does authenticity mean to YOU? 👇🏾
