Just taking care of the temple by @_bradybrady

You’re only as strong as your mind allows you to be.

#findyourpeak by @_bradybrady

Stop using self-doubt as a reason to hold yourself back from investing in who you are becoming. You deserve more than hesitation. You deserve to grow, to heal, to learn, and to build a life that feels aligned with your dreams and goals.

It may take work to get there, and some of that work may be uncomfortable. But that does not mean you are not capable. It does not mean you are behind. It means you are in the middle of becoming the version of yourself that you have been hoping for.

You deserve to learn from the effort. You deserve to trust your own growth. And even on the days when it feels hard, you still have the power, the strength, and the capacity to do the work and create the life you want. by @_bradybrady

Bulletproof your why, the start putting one for in front on the other. It’s really that simple.

Sub-20 5K might sound simple until you realize it means holding 4:00/km for 5 straight kilometers. No big surges. Steady and controlled pacing let us know what your 5K times are looking like.

Everyone loves to talk about training harder.
Very few people talk about recovering smarter.
The truth is, your body doesn’t get stronger during the workout—it adapts afterward.

A recovery day doesn’t mean doing nothing.
It might mean a walk, a mobility session, Zone 2 cardio, stretching, or simply giving your body the chance to absorb the work you’ve already done.

Recovery isn’t falling behind.
It’s how you make sure you can keep showing up tomorrow.

Train hard. Recover with intention.

We often think growth means becoming someone entirely new.

But perhaps it is simply the courage to meet life as it changes—and allow it to reveal parts of us that certainty never could.

Growth doesn’t mean losing who you are.
It means discovering how much more of you there is.
