TONIGHT. @paramita_xyz turns twelve (!). I’ll be behind the bar for a bit, then behind the decks for a bit w/ @bale_defoe + @supremegratitude. what a journey it’s been. crazy to think i’ve been involved with the shop since 2014. from the first beat profile, to helping out with getting my friends to play them for three years. from offering to be the background between sets, to becoming the resident DJ (shoutout @blackxnoise & @djflp1 for helping on many of those nights). I’ve grown up with Paramita. early 20s are confusing, but I found my chosen family along the way to guide me through life. infinitely grateful for @supremegratitude and creating a space I call home. to the past, present, and future. please drop a memory if you have any to share. tonight, we celebrate. by @_chiego

it’s that time again 🫡 see you at @thehighdivehamtramck tonight from 10-2, with a very special guest. every now and then, I’ll run into a special someone who just gets it. ______ ______ is a regular at the record shop who has been playing records for years, but doesn’t step out too often. I have personally been cheerleading them to play out more and remind them they are one of my favorite selectors in the city. always FREE. by @_chiego
