Kinda chic to be me🫶🏼 by @_cindy_143

Time to introduce myself & my family again since I have so many new followers.

I’m a proud mama of four children and two angel babies. My husband and I have been married for almost 20 years.

I was born in Spain, but grew up in a rough part of town in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I learned to be street-smart and immersed myself in school.

I found myself living on my own when I was just 16 years old, but I managed to get a full scholarship to college and earned a degree in counseling and elementary education.

I became a special needs teacher and enjoyed that career for many years until my youngest daughter had a stroke at age one, so I poured all of my time into her therapy and became a stay-at-home mama.

I always struggled with my health and with food because I’ve lived with Crohn’s Disease since I was a child, which later became colon cancer and eventually had six feet of my intestines removed.

I practice and teach yoga to help with my autoimmune issues, and I’m certified in Ayurveda and nutrition. I try to stay current with health news and the latest trends. I help people now with their daily routines, fitness plan, emotional regulation and diet. I also teach an in-person yoga class once a week.

I believe food is fuel, but it’s also art and a way to connect friends & family. So I love cooking and visiting new restaurants.

I started my creator journey when I had to learn to make reels for our toy business, Major Toys

I was chosen as a Meta Creator about a year into my journey and have been growing ever since.

My content is about our life in Florida on our 15 acre cattle homestead which includes a lot of food, fitness and fun.

Welcome to our familia🫶🏼 by @_cindy_143

Proud to be a mama who consistently honors nature and takes videos of every moment. Sometimes people make fun of me for filming everything and for being so enthusiastic about life. But when you’ve been through what I’ve been through, you notice light wherever you see it. And I’m going to film it and share it. My children are my biggest source of light✨ by @_cindy_143
