The change of a decade by @_cjmccarter_

I couldn’t ever imagine a life where you didn’t exist…
Your mere existence has given me new life, new purpose, new meaning…
There is no practice in the world that could have prepared a person for this type of love. It’s true what they say! You’ll never understand until you have your own! I thank God countless times per day for giving me the opportunity to be your father and the other half of the time thanking your mom for carrying you safely! Fastest year of my life! You made dad grow up! Happy birthday Toot🥹💕! by @_cjmccarter_

🔔🔔🔔 Homestead Athletes:

June 1st is officially next Monday… and it’s time to get to work.

We have 7 weeks this summer to attack the offseason and make serious progress before the fall seasons arrive. Strength, speed, conditioning, movement quality, leadership, confidence — we’re building all of it this summer.

This isn’t just about lifting weights. It’s about developing habits, discipline, toughness, and preparing ourselves to compete at a high level when the lights come on.

Every session will have purpose and intent behind it, and I’m excited to get rolling with this group. Whether you’re trying to earn playing time, return stronger, move faster, or take your game to another level… this is your opportunity.

If your team isn’t listed in one of the training time slots but you’re still interested in training this summer, feel free to reach out to me directly.

Let’s have a great summer and make sure we’re better in August than we are today.
