Offensive player of the year! Beyond Proud of this dude right here. Matthew Baer took a risk, took a chance, and bet on himself. Didn’t wait for a perfect moment. He created one. Show up on time, track the progress and detail the work!
South Forsyth HS Soccer Team’s work rate has been consistent, their movement quality has improved, and their mental performance is elevating each session.

Peter is a quiet kid. But I’ve watched the work change how he carries himself. Learning how to move built the confidence to show what he can do. The grind built resilience. Now he sees who he can become. Proud of your work ethic, @peter_19nxt Let’s keep working!

Everybody sees the explosiveness. I see the kid that shows up early every single training session. Evan @evan_sanfilippo2030 is a 9th grader at East Forsyth doing football and track with habits ahead of his age. The work don’t work itself. He definitely puts the work in for sure. Nice work, Evan!

Train smart. Play smarter. Small work every session adds up to big results on the field. These ladies get it. Work done. Results secured.

I’ve trained a lot of athletes. The ones who make it aren’t always the most talented. They’re the ones who show up and do the work when nobody’s asking.

@c_millz9 Charlie Miller is one of those young kids

No excuses. No shortcuts. He doesn’t wait to feel motivated to work hard. He shows up and gets it done. That’s discipline. That’s what we build at CDS with Tim Buckley.

Here’s the truth: The work you put in when nobody’s watching is what decides who you become.

Charlie understands that. Keep going. No Quit

Talent gets you noticed but it’s the work that keeps you on the field.

These ladies show up ready and handles the details. They do the right things when nobody’s watching. That’s discipline. That’s the difference between players who talk about it and players who are about it.

And when the big moment comes we don’t shrink, we grow. We step up and make it happen for the team.

Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work. This is proof.

Proud of you @ameliaonthepitch and Lennon let’s keep stacking days.

Nobody is promised tomorrow. Not on the field and not in life. I have been on the field long enough to know the last snap comes for everybody. You just never know which one it is. So right now it’s all we got. Team is all we got. Brotherhood is all we got. Work your craft like there’s no tomorrow. Dream Big. Play every rep like it’s your last snap. That is the mindset we build at CDS. @james_mccallar @berryfootball #mindset #sportsperformance #workout #training #athlete by @_creativedynamicsports

The grind ain’t easy. The payoff is the results. Victory. Pain. Struggle. They all sing the same tune. @geofheinz putting in the work.
