Festive fun at CUT17 Falkirk 🍻✨!

Thank you to the lad for providing the tunes.

The foundation is set.
The energy has shifted.

From Falkirk to Linlithgow - this is more than a barbershop.
This is culture.

What you see today is just the beginning.
There’s a bigger vision behind every move we make.

We’re not here to stay the same -
we’re building something that can’t be ignored.

Some days remind you why you started.

Today was one of those days.

I spend so much of my time thinking about what’s next. The next idea, the next goal, the next thing I want to build. Sometimes so much that I forget to look back at what’s already been built.

Today I did.

Nine people stood outside CUT17 after giving the last six months of their lives to learning something completely new. They walked in as complete beginners and walked out ready to take their next step into an industry that has given me so much.

And strangely, today wasn’t really about barbering for me.

It was about purpose.

Looking at this photo, I just feel grateful that something that once started as an idea in my head has grown into something that can create opportunities for other people.

I don’t know where each of their journeys will take them. I don’t know how big CUT17 or Cut Academy will become either.

But I know what I want it to stand for.

I want to build something that leaves people better than we found them. Something that gives people confidence, belief, skills, opportunity — maybe even a completely different direction in life.

If we can do that for 9 people, we can do it for 90.

And if we can do it for 90, why not 900?

There’s still so much I want to build and so far I want to take this.

But today, I’m not thinking about what’s next.

I’m just grateful for how far we’ve already come.

And incredibly proud of every person in this photo. ✨ by @_cut17_
