I'm really into song selection & clean mixes. I read my crowd, feel the energy in the room, and give it what it needs to make each moment feel right.

Set highlights from @ayoslowdown | Much love to everyone that battled the rain and made it out. To everyone else, we always got next time 😎 by @_djbuddy

When djing, I'm deep in a certain flow state, and when it's time to switch, I need a lil time to flip the mind set. I can switch immediatly in a crunch, but I prefer a few moments to breathe. Different tasks require different mind states.

A WORKING DJ’S TAKE:

Are DJs playing the same songs over and over? Absolutely. But here’s the thing… most people go out to hear music they KNOW, LOVE, and can SING ALONG TO.

If you’re a DJ who’s tired of playing the same records, get creative. Make edits, remix live, or curate your own night.

If you’re a music lover who’s tired of hearing the same songs, start exploring different parties, DJs, and music scenes.

There’s a room for every sound. You just gotta find yours.

You can’t expect every party to cater to your taste. Sometimes YOU gotta do the digging. 💯

What do you think? 👇

Before the controversy, before the beefs, before all the headlines… there was THE GAME. 🔥

From Dr. Dre to G-Unit, The Game helped bring a new generation of West Coast hip-hop into the spotlight.

And when he went to war with G-Unit? He STILL delivered records.

You can debate the antics. You can debate the beefs. But you can’t erase the MUSIC.

2004–2008 was a DIFFERENT kind of run. 💿🔥

Put some RESPECT on The Game
