What‘s more important, the result or the journey?

A build of 5+ years finally comes to an end and finally being able to drive this car feels absolutely incredible.
Nowadays restoring a car is presented as an easy task on social media. You see hundreds of seemingly perfect builds on your feed everyday.

The reality however is completely different: The process takes a huge amount of dedication, discipline, sacrifices and a certain amount of stubbornness. It forces you to learn new skills, improve existing ones and start thinking about aspects of a car, that you have never considered before.

The work doesn’t stop at the workshop: Countless sleepless nights thinking about the best possible solutions for issues encountered while trying to create something special. Countless times redoing stuff you weren’t satisfied with in the first place while in pursuit of perfection.

For me personally, it was all worth it. Would I do things differently? Sure, because of all the experience I acquired in the process. Would I do it all again? Well, of course.

Last, but not least, I want to say thank you to every person that supported me on this journey. I wouldn’t have made it without you, I really appreciate all of you🫶🏻🤝
