I was never cut from the same fabric, I’m the material they use to make the standard. 😮‍💨 #chefdrizzy book 📸: @behindherlens__ by @_forallmankind

Today my heart is heavy, dawg. I lost one of my best friends, and I still can’t wrap my head around it. I was sitting in church looking for you to walk through those doors, texting your phone, wondering why I wasn’t hearing back from you. If I would’ve known you were taking your last breath, brother, I would’ve called one more time, said one more prayer, or told you one more time how much you meant to me.

Life is so unpredictable, man. We get caught up thinking we have more time, more conversations, more laughs, and more memories ahead of us. I never imagined today would be the day I’d have to say goodbye.

Rest easy, brother. I pray God covers your family, gives them strength, and gives all of us the peace to get through this. I love you, dawg. This one hurts different. Until we meet again. 🕊️💔 @coolcalmcollective05 book the 📸: @behindherlens__ d by @_forallmankind

Stop rushing the process just because you’re anxious to see the outcome. Sometimes moving too fast will have you accepting things you should’ve walked away from and making decisions your patience could’ve saved you from. Learn to slow down, trust God’s timing, and move with intention. Everything that looks good ain’t good for you. Don’t let impatience make a permanent decision for a temporary feeling. 🙏🏾
