First photo is from January last is to Now — and no, the "scale" didn’t always move in one direction.

Some weeks I was up, others I was down. But here’s the truth: the scale doesn't tell the whole story.. and im NOT one to pay attention to the scale because im here to tone up not "be skinny"!! ..

➡️ I’ve gotten stronger.
➡️ My form has improved.
➡️ My habits are more consistent.
➡️ And I feel so much better in my own skin.

Weight fluctuations are normal — they happen to everyone. Water, stress, sleep, hormones, and food all play a part. What matters more is the long-term trend and the effort you put in every day.

Point is this isn’t just about a number. It’s about growth, grit, and showing up even when it’s hard.

Keep going. You’re doing better than you think. take those photos and show up for yourself . 💥

September is literally around the corner… 👀 and before you know it, we’ll be talking about a NEW YEAR.
YOU still have time. You have the rest of September, October, November & December to change your habits, get stronger, build confidence, and become a little more proud of yourself. 🤎
Don’t let “I’ll start next year” steal the progress you could make THIS year. You don’t need to be perfect. You don’t need to go 100% every day. You just need to keep showing up.
If you’ve been thinking about getting back in the gym… this is your sign. 🫶🏽
Start now. Stay consistent. Finish 2026 stronger than you started it. ✨🏋🏽‍♀️
