Oftentimes we've learned to shrink ourselves to take up less space.
But healing means we get to rewrite that story

This is my journey from shame to freedom... From hiding to laughter, from blame to self-acceptance

I have proven time and time again what trooper kids I have.

My most recent example was yesterday's event. On our way back home yesterday, our rear right tire popped while driving on the highway. Our kids, instead of whining, they helped. I mean it's not the best help but the fact that they offered means a lot.

Still here.
Still breathing.
Still trying to survive.
Still feeling.
Still alive.
Wondering what could be.
Wondering,
Hoping and living.

Remembering that healing is never straightforward
