It is with heavy hearts that the IADMS Board and Staff share the news of the passing of our esteemed colleague, leader, and friend, Dr. Kelli Sharp. Kelli was a vibrant force within IADMS—serving as Annual Conference Chair for four years and most recently as Co-Chair of our Meetings & Events Committee. As an accomplished academic at UC Irvine and a leader in dance medicine and science, Kelli truly embodied the intersection of dance and health. Beyond her remarkable professional contributions, Kelli touched countless lives with her empathetic leadership, joyful energy, strong spirit, and deep commitment to advancing students in the field. We extend our deepest condolences to her family, colleagues, and loved ones. Her presence, passion, and spirit will be dearly missed across our entire community.
