🎤✨ YES, I'M A SINGER AND A FASHION DESIGNER… BUT DID YOU KNOW I ALSO STUDIED LAW FOR FUN? ⚖️📚

No, I'm not an attorney, but I take legal matters VERY seriously, especially when it comes to protecting your family, your assets, and your legacy.

After years of working in estate planning, I've learned something important: Building wealth is one thing. Knowing how to protect it is another! 💼

Here are 10 essential documents every family should consider:

⚖️ 1. Living Trust – Protect and organize your assets.
🏡 2. Property Deeds – Properly transfer assets into your trust.
📜 3. Pour-Over Will – Address assets left outside your trust.
🏥 4. Medical Power of Attorney – Designate healthcare decision-makers.
💼 5. Financial Power of Attorney – Prepare for financial emergencies.
❤️ 6. Advance Healthcare Directive – Document your medical wishes.
👨‍👩‍👧 7. Guardianship Documents – Plan for your children's care.
🔐 8. Digital Estate Plan – Address your digital assets.
📂 9. Personal Asset Inventory – Organize important financial information.
🕊️ 10. Final Wishes Authorization – Help your family prepare.

You don't have to be wealthy to need an estate plan!

If you own a home, have children, run a business, or have savings, it's time to start thinking about your legacy.

👑 REAL LUXURY ISN'T JUST WHAT YOU OWN. IT'S KNOWING THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE ARE PREPARED AND PROTECTED.

💬 If something happened tomorrow, would your family know what to do?

Educational purposes only. Not legal advice. Consult a qualified estate planning attorney.

What If We Stopped Voting FOR People and Started Voting AGAINST the Ones We Don't Want?

To those who know me, you already know—I don't vote. And before anyone comes for me, let me explain my reasoning.

I've never understood why we're constantly being asked to choose between candidates we may not even want in the first place.

Every presidential election, we're presented with a handful of names and told to pick one. But what happens when we don't believe in any of them?

Here's a thought: What if we had the option to vote NO?

Not yes to Trump. Not yes to someone else simply because they're the alternative. Just NO.

No, I don't want this person representing me. No, I don't agree with their leadership. No, I don't believe they should hold that position.

Imagine a ballot where Americans could identify the candidates they absolutely do not want in office. Instead of only measuring popularity, we'd also be measuring public rejection.

Because sometimes knowing who the people DON'T want is just as important as knowing who they do.

And before anyone says, "Well, that's not how democracy works," my question is: Why couldn't it?

Why can't we rethink a system instead of accepting it simply because that's how it's always been?

I'm not saying I have all the answers. I'm saying we should be allowed to ask better questions.

Maybe democracy shouldn't just be about choosing who's on the ballot. Maybe it should also be about having the power to reject every option on it.

Just food for thought.
