2 years. Same goal. Different results. 🍑💪🏽

Everybody wants the outcome, but not everybody is willing to fall in love with the process.

There were days I was motivated… and plenty of days I wasn’t. The difference? I stuck to the plan instead of following my mood.

Progress isn’t built in one workout—it’s built in the hundreds of workouts nobody claps for.

Your body will always reflect what you repeatedly do—not what you occasionally do.

Save this as your reminder: Discipline will take you places motivation never could. 🤍

🔴 RED PILL or 🔵 BLUE PILL?

Fitness edition. 💪🏾

🔴 = Lower Body Day 🍑
🔵 = Upper Body Day 💥

The rules are simple:
✨ Comment 🔴 or 🔵
✨ You can only choose ONE.
✨ No saying “both.”
✨ Defend your choice in the comments. 😂

I’m convinced your answer says a lot about the kind of gym person you are… 👀

So… which pill are you taking? ⬇️

Wearing @gymsharkwomen for both looks. ❤️💙
