God First🙏🏽 Bella & Aubrey Dad💕 Powerlifter 🏋️‍♂️

POSTS STORIES REELS

My real happiness isn’t found in the gym, money, or achievements.
It’s in being Bella and Aubrey’s dad. ❤️

Everything I grind for, every early morning, every sacrifice… it’s for them.
Being their father is the greatest blessing and the most important title I’ll ever have.

This isn’t a transformation — it’s a journey. My weight’s been up, down, and everywhere in between. I’ve learned to give myself grace without giving up. Progress isn’t perfect, but quitting isn’t an option. #FitnessJourney

Pulled up to the Deadlift Party hosted by @blkbostonlifts and had a BLAST! 💪🏾

Started the day choosing 15 reps of 225 lbs to qualify for the heavy single competition… then kept climbing until I finished with a 550 LB PULL! 😤🔥

The energy was crazy good music, heavy weight, great people and nothing but love from the lifting community. Met so many cool people and had way too much fun!

Big shoutout to my bro @themarcusbrown1 for putting together a dope event and bringing everybody together. 🤝🏾💯

Definitely pulling up again next year! If you missed @ramweekend this year, make sure you’re there for the next one. DON’T MISS OUT! 🦍🔥

Today we celebrate the sweetest, funniest, strongest, and most amazing little girl. 💕

Bella, you bring so much joy and laughter into our lives every single day. Whether you’re watching WWE and cheering for Rhea Ripley, making friendship bracelets, playing with slime, doing makeup, or chasing butterflies, you always light up every room you walk into. 🦋💄✨

One of my favorite things about you is how much you love your little sister, Aubrey. The bond you two share is something truly special, and I pray it only grows stronger with time. ❤️👭

Daddy is so proud of the smart, kind, caring, and beautiful young lady you’re becoming. Never stop being yourself, keep dreaming big, and always remember that you are deeply loved.

Happy 7th Birthday, Bella! 🎂🎈
I hope this year is filled with love, laughter, unforgettable memories, and all the happiness your heart can hold.

Daddy loves you more than words could ever express. ❤️👑 by @_justincrediblefit

Today was all about building a stronger bench:
🏋️ Competition Bench
🔥 Close-Grip Bench

Every rep has a purpose. Competition bench builds the lift. Close grip builds the lockout, triceps, and the strength to move bigger weights.

I’m not chasing perfection I’m chasing consistency. Three mornings a week, one workout at a time, getting stronger and working toward 265 lbs.

Work was done this morning. by @_justincrediblefit

Took some necessary time off from powerlifting after my last competition. training for powerlifting sometimes can be definitely selfish to my kids and my relationship. But now we are back to it. Starting off real light on the first week did squats on Monday finish with bench and deadlifts at @urbanpowerhouse and finish accessories and cardio at crunch feels great to be back. by @_justincrediblefit

584 lbs. State Record. 🏆
1st Place in My Weight Class. 🥇

That pull wasn’t just weight… it was every early morning, every sacrifice, every doubt I had to silence.

Walked onto that platform and did what I said I was going to do — set the state record in my division and took home 1st.

Then I loaded up 600 lbs…
Went to war with it.
Fought it all the way to the top… but got called on the hitch.

No excuses. No regrets.

Because I didn’t come here to play it safe — I came to push limits.
And I left everything on that platform.

This is what growth looks like.
This is what belief looks like.
This is just the beginning.

Next time… we finish the job. 💪🏾🔥
