one of my favorite places over the past few years has been on my yoga mat and over the past few months, it’s being able to share my practice by teaching others. yoga has taught me how to listen to, respect, and guide my mind and body with a little more grace—on and off the mat. no practice is ever perfect, but the more i’ve learned to trust the process, stay present, and keep showing up, the more everything else seems to unfold as it’s meant to. i’m so grateful for the lessons yoga continues to teach me + my teachers, such supportive friends and fam, and community who make this journey so meaningful. joie de vivre 🇫🇷 by @_katdomingo
❣️❣️❣️ my 20s have been a major whirlwind, filled with the highest highs and lowest lows. it consisted of a lot of tears, pain, and self sabotage but a looootttt of belly laughs, adventures, and moments that i wouldn’t trade for the world. i’ve learned what i don’t want and during this past year— much more of what i do. i’ve fallen down 100+ times (probably also physically because iykyk) but always knew how to pick myself back up.. along with the support of my family+friends, which i can never express the amount of gratitude i have for. i’ll continue to unapologetically feel all of the feels, self love, and ✨embrace✨ the fire sign in me. it’s truly been a dream to bring in this new chapter in Paris and i already feel so blessed for what’s to come. this is 30! by @_katdomingo
