Yesterday I was blessed with an opportunity to go and be apart of an exercise & wellness segment with @wcnctv live dawg…LIVE!!

Big thanks to Eugene and others behind the scenes for thinking of me and recommending me to be the guy to put in this position. I tried not to make it a big deal, but my mom said to share it 😂. I’m blessed and humbled dawg. Thank you God.

I’ll be back soon! 🫡

🚨RISING 8th & HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES🚨

The summer is where the separation happens. This isn’t just another workout—it’s an opportunity to sharpen your skills, increase your explosiveness, improve your speed and change of direction, and compete against some of the area’s top athletes.

Whether you’re preparing for Friday nights, camp season, or looking to earn a bigger role on your team, this is where the work gets done.

Charlotte and surrounding areas—bring your work ethic and compete. The athletes who dominate in the fall are training in the summer.
